These terms apply to the website, newsletters, free tools and free accounts of SoonViral (Croatia).

The service

We publish trend information about topics, calculated from open data sources and explained on the methodology page. The information is provided "as is". A rising topic is an observation about attention and coverage, not a prediction, recommendation or guarantee of results. Niche disclaimers apply: health topics are not medical advice, and finance topics are not financial advice.

Accounts

You need to be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in method secure. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, for example by automated scraping or by getting around free-tool limits.

Free tools and AI output

Free tools are rate-limited. AI-generated ideas and summaries are written from stored evidence and may still contain mistakes; check facts before you publish. You may use generated ideas in your own content.

Third-party content

Headlines link to their publishers; we show only headlines, publisher names, dates and links. Data attributions (for example the GDELT Project and the Wikimedia Foundation) appear wherever their data is used.

Sponsors and affiliates

Sponsored blocks are labelled "Sponsored" and affiliate links carry a disclosure. Sponsors and affiliates never influence which topics appear, their scores, rankings or AI-written text.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for the free service is limited to €100.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in our postal address, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence.
