Sponsor terms

These terms apply when a business ("sponsor") books a sponsorship with SoonViral (Croatia).

Booking and payment. Prices are calculated automatically and shown before checkout. Payment is taken by our merchant of record, which is the seller of record and issues the invoice including VAT where applicable.
Creative. You provide a logo, a headline (up to 60 characters), body text (up to 280 characters), a call to action and a URL, and you confirm you have the rights to them. We add UTM parameters to the URL.
Prohibited categories. Gambling, adult content, weapons, speculative investment schemes and miracle health claims are not accepted. Claims must be truthful and not misleading.
Approval. We may reject any creative. Rejected bookings are refunded in full automatically.
Labelling and placement. Every placement is labelled "Sponsored". Sponsors never influence editorial content, topic selection, scores or AI-written text, and placements never appear next to topics we classify as sensitive.
Delivery. Newsletter placements run in the booked issue. If an issue cannot be sent on schedule, we move the placement to the next issue or refund it, at your choice.
Reporting. After delivery you receive a report with deliveries, clicks and click rate. Figures are measured by our systems; we never share subscriber identities.
Cancellation. You can cancel up to 7 days before the placement date for a full refund. Later cancellations are not refunded unless we fail to deliver.
Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
