Newsletters, preferences and unsubscribing

Each niche has a free weekly newsletter with the top rising topics, early signals, an idea of the week and the data behind every number.

• Confirming: after you subscribe we send a confirmation email. You only start receiving issues after you click it (double opt-in).
• Preferences: every email has a "Preferences" link where you can choose niches and language and turn click tracking off. With a free account you can also change them under Account → Newsletters.
• Unsubscribing: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and email apps that support it show an unsubscribe button too. It takes effect immediately.
• Inactive subscribers: if you haven't clicked anything for a long time we send one "still interested?" email and then stop sending, to protect deliverability.
• Click tracking: we count clicks (not opens) to keep the list healthy and to report totals to sponsors. You can turn this off in your preferences; links then go straight to their destination.
